Sexual Assaults






This is what women have to endure working in the USPTO.  I was targeted and defamed the first month on the job by sociopaths, perverts, child molesters and mentally unstable as that of the Virginia tech shooter that murdered 32 people, such as Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women, who I had never met in my life.  They targeted me in the same manner as violence against Asians during the Covid-19 pandemic #StopAsianHate #StopAAPIHatesince the 1990s in the Silicon Valley, who had just arrived in America.   Other East Asian American women experienced similar hate crimes against them.
 


Women Engineers such as I have been enduring sexual assaults in the Silicon Valley and the tech industry since the 1990s, incited by Asian Operatives.  Why there is still no woman representation today.

These Asian Operatives are invaders, they are not here to build a better live, and so don't need a reason to attack Americans.

This is how much 1st gen Asians hated me when they just arrived in America/Silicon Valley, the same as these Egyptian mobs in Cairo:

where I was often the only woman in the whole company or dept; and make me a public enemy #1 using fake news in San Francisco Bay Area.  As such, I had abscond from due to physical harm and rape threats.  And again in USPTO, now the DC metro, and NoVa/Arlington Va where Asian Operatives make a public enemy #1 me and 3 failed murders on me

If 1st gen Asians think they could get away with doing this to me, they would.  Since they can't, they incited others such as the Patent and Trademark Office employees to sexually assaulted and abused me.

For the 8 months employed by the Patent and Trademark Office, I was threatened with termination by my supervisor Paul Rodriguez and Director Wendy Garber and had to work nearly 24/7.  

Supervisor Paul Rodriguez gave me a poor review soon after the apodictic first patent case to set me up for the eventual termination;  by making every effort to make my job difficult ( Response to Supplemental ROI #8 page 8- 19) from confined to use only Agency’s EAST tool that only searched the Patent database (aka USPTO's search engine ROI page000145) after Ms. Chu shown effectively using Google that searched not just the Patent database, but also everything on the web; to not allowed helps from Simon Ke (chu production 1.pdf page 497, Response to chu eeoc or Chu-Agency's Discovery Responses (1-9-13) #1 page 5) who was assigned to help me, to demand Ms. Chu to add 3 to 5 more references to each patent case, in addition to the already difficult and complex COPA cases on Ms. Chu’s docket (chu production 1.pdf page 366).  

 

Director Wendy Gerber and supervisor Paul Rodriguez demanded 3 cases per biweek on the first pay period of the meeting in June 2011, which was 5 days away.  I took the opportunity to request to transfer to Patent Class 715 dominated by Tuan Nguyen's countrymen/women because I sensed that Rodriguez was setting me up for termination by making everything difficult and gave me poor performance when I did as told.  Tuan Nguyen's countryman Kieu Vu and Paul Rodriguez then put COPA cases in my docket (see email below) to ensure I couldn't  meet the stringent requirements, but I did nevertheless; which Rodriguez then demanded 3-5 more references added to on top of 3 references for each COPA patent case, and I still met the 3 COPA case on the following pay period. 

 

Soon after, I was wrongfully terminated in a haste of 2 days citing low performance when my Productivity was at 95%-119.8%, and weak technical knowledge when I am a pioneer in the field and an apodictic first patent case, on top of all the accomplishments.  2+months later, when a company interested in hiring me as a consultant for Patent Class 703 called the USPTO, the company told me I was on USPTO's "do not hired back" list, and Wendy Garber didn't allow me to work in site; and my Unemployment Insurance was cut abruptly soon after the company called USPTO, and I filed an EEOC, with only 3 months of UI.  Then 2 failed beheadings here in Arlington, VA,  meant to kill me; the first failed beheading happened on 6/1/2013 was just days before the EEOC Appeal.  If I died, this EEOC case against the USPTO would have gone away. 

 


Every time when I left my office, I had to endure the following sexual assaults.  My ex-officemate Hung Havan, a sociopath such that of Charles Manson and watched child porn at work (he and Michele Choi set me up in a video from the back my head such that my face is in front of Havan's genital),  was instrumental in defaming me and set me up for termination with his coterie Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi, all 3 had elbowed my breast/chest; in addition to Susanne Lo and her friends and boyfriend Bill.  Hung Havan and Tuan Nguyen should put in the worst jail with rapists, pedophiles and murders.

Women continue to be treated as a sex object, nothing more, especially in the technical field such as in the Electrical Art of the Patent and Trademark Office and the Silicon Valley.  Dirty old men will continue to want to fcuk a pretty young thing.

If a probationary employee such as I reported sexual assault, she is most likely terminated because management are obviously nepotistic and always blamed it on women, such as in this Bronze Star soldier Alyssa Bermudez's case wrongfully terminated by the TSA.  And in my case, despite I worked 24/7 and kept a low key with accomplishments known to the then undersecretary - Mr. David Kappos, I have no recourse because the whole system is rigged against little people such as you and I, including the judicial system such as the EEOC or the Federal Court


Most of these people sexually harassed me also partook in promulgated fake news against me such as "no one wanted her; no one liked her; she needed a man; etc"

a.        One incident occurred while I was talking to Reza Nabi in our last training class (~7/2011) together on the topic of:  Amendment Case (?), while Shawn Joseph stood on the side of the cube, and Tuan Nguyen sat next to Reza and between Reza and me.  We were put together as a team.  At the time, I was talking to Reza, who was writing the Amendment for a patent case on the computer.  I sat across the cube from Reza where the class sat; Tuan suddenly stood up and walked toward me in a deliberate manner.  The appearance of Tuan standing up while I sat on the chair make Reza’s face turned red as he knew exactly what that meant.  Shawn’s face turned red as well and in an attempt to do the same as Tuan, which then stop and moved back to where he stood.  Basically, it appears to the other 2 guys that a woman was perform a sex act at his genital.  These males should be castrated.  I was sick to my stomach as this is how these males from Asia degraded women, especially when an Asian woman dating, a wife, or a love-interest of a White male.  This is very typical behavior of males from Asia working in the Silicon Valley – set women up as if women are doing a sex act for them; that’s why I stayed in my cube all the time, also didn’t want to see them surfing porn in their cube, which was very common.  And finally, it is also a reflection of what is in one’s mind, and interpreted accordingly.  What do you suppose these three would go around saying about me?  Hence beget more sexual harassment, and so on.

Sexual harassments are far worst in the Silicon Valley, males from Asia were mostly in their 20s, never left their mother's house and was still dressed by his mother.  People from Asia were 50%-98% of the tech companies I worked, and often stalked me, followed me inside the Women's bathroom after I was inside a stall.  They surfed porn openly in groups, photoshopped women coworkers head to a naked picture, etc, etc, etc.  Some had told me to go home (NYC) in English; cause they knew I don't speak their Asian language (mainly Chinese, Vietnamese and Indian).  I had to abscond from the Silicon Valley after threatened with physical harms by an Asian coworker and an Asian gang.  They are trying to do the same to me here in DC.


 
Everyone acted normal or unaware of my existence before comments made by pernicious individuals such as Tuan Nguyen, Shawn Joseph, Hung Havan, Nathan Hillery, Michele Choi or Reza Nabi.  If you wanted to know how Islamic Extremists radicalized Americans, Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women would be a perfect example.  I’ve been shunned and sexually harassed ever since the 2nd month I started the USPTO’s Training Academy.  Even the last 2 old Caucasian male SPE trainers from my last 2 training academy classes were beginning to believe the slanders and started the sexual harassment, which prompted me to question the soundness of the psychological health of these people, included all levels of management who believed anything anybody said, without any basic commonsense whatsoever.  I guessed critical thinking is a prohibited practice in the USPTO.


b.Hung Havan and Michele Choi set me up to record using her USPTO smartphone from certain angle such that look's like I was checking out Havan, when Havan showed me his son's pic placed on the table top and Havan stood on the other end of the table.  I noticed this because they had tried for 3 times, which got me suspicious.  I am sure this was not the only time they did this.  Both had used the video to ruin my reputation, incited sexual harassments, abuses, rape, physical harms, and was instrumental in my termination; and now 3 failed beheadings  meant to kill me.

c. Nathen Hillery elbowed my chest/breast on his way home with Bill, Hung Havan and Michele Choi also elbowed my chest/breast on my last few days with the USPTO.  Choi had stolen most of my office supplies on my last day.  All these were close associates of Susanne Lo's boyfriend Bill who were instrumental in my termination.  He also had helped them from termination, transferred to another AU, and promotions such as in Lo and her friends.
 

    On my last day, when I went to say goodbye to Erica, Hung Havan was talking to Erica outside of her doorway. I attempted to walk inside to her office, Hung suddenly stretched his arm out such my chest/breast hit his arm.  I had to push his arm out of my way.   Erica asked him why he did this, he shrugs his shoulder as if to say "she is fired, what is she going to do?" Then Hung Havan stood in the middle of the hallway to block me from going to say goodbye to coworkers such as Kamini Shah, which left only one way of the hallway for me to go, and that is back to my office. I went back to my office, packed up and left the Agency for good. Hung Havan wouldn't dare to block me if I am a man for fear of beat to a pulp. 

Hung Havan had tried psychological abused and demeaned me in person, not just using slanders to incite others to do the same. This is when he learned I was doing 3 cases per bi-weekly and Productivity over 100% from PALM’s Examiner Calculator on 6/2011. I barked back loud enough for everyone to hear. Hung Havan had confirmed he has a dark side. Anyone who sees how much of a psychopath Hung Havan, Michele Choi, Tuan Nyugan and his countrymen/women, Nathan Hillery, and Susanne Lo and her friends-from-India are, it should send chills up his/her spinal; and I’ve been dealing with evils all my life.


PETER D COUGHLAN (of AU2122 with Kakali Chaki as SPE) from the Artificial Intelligent Art Unit 2122, a BIG Caucasian guy whose office is in close proximity to my office, had been going around slandered me saying “she is a dyke”, etc  This the result of discriminations toward me as a Chinese and a woman

c.      PETER D COUGHLAN and Dwin Craig both had asked me whether I am married; the first time an old guy asked me, I thought that was rude.  Now after a few others like PETER D COUGHLAN and Dwin had asked me, I wondered if this is the culture here?

c.       PETER D COUGHLAN also said to me that he had found a woman to replace me and not interested in me anymore, when I saw him talking to another woman on the hallway next to the Men’s bathroom near the elevator….. As it seems, this kind of sexual advances is very common with PETER D COUGHLAN or Dwin, and I would not be surprised if this is one of the reasons they terminated me.  I also believed Dwin and PETER D COUGHLAN had done the same to other women who refused their sexual advances by checking all previous termination they involved in, as well women terminated in their Art Units.
d. Tuan Va of AU2193 with an office overlooking the hallway of the Pantry, whom I ran into quite often in the Pantry, I believed he was stalking me.  At one point, every time when I go to the pantry at various time of the day, he followed right behind me.  Once he stood extremely close against my buttock while I was looking for my lunch at the bottom of the refrigerator bending down, silently stood for as long as I was deciding what to eat for lunch.  Since then, I had to use the pantry on the other side of the building for a while.  I would check for porn in his computer.  One person Tuan Va might slandered me to is Russell Guill of AU2123 as Russell behaved differently toward me after he spoke to Tuan Va.

Within a week before the meeting on Wednesday with Wendy Garber who informed me I will be terminated, Dwin Craig saw me in the Pantry, signal me to follow him into his office.  His office lite up by the computer as the light wasn't on.  I thought he has a question on his computer.  He sat me down on his chair, and he stand against the wall, about an arm distance from where I sat.  I looked at him waiting for his question.  After a while without anything, Craig then shown me on his computer patent examiner jobs.  Then, he let me out.  Only recently I realized he was soliciting sex, thinking I knew my termination already and would do so just to remain employed.  I am just wondering how often and wide-spread women are under sex solicitation or duress to remain employed by the Patent and Trademark Office.  

Why would these White old males that never been outside of the 100 miles of their home, think a perceived-teenager such as I would be interested in them?  Because these White old males think they still live in the 1950s, the perceived-teenager is an Asian girl, a China man from their perspective.

FYI, I don't cook or clean, and never wanted to be a wife, nor can fulfill the role of traditional "wife".  I heard a different calling in life, am an asexual.  I need a man as much as I need a disease, I already have cancer and going to die. 

And then I was called a "gold-digger" which I doubted anyone in the USPTO could afford to buy a gold bar.  I was making over $100,000+ per year in the late 1990s, and make and lost a million$ during the Tech Meltdown of 2001, until the people from Asia finally over-run the Silicon Valley and ousted me, as they are doing to me in the USPTO and the DC metro.  

People from Asia have been spreading insidious defamation such as women begged them for sex, checking them out, setup women such it came across as if the woman is performing a sex act on this 3rd world male from Asia that looks like Gollum from the movie "Lord of the Ring"; no one liked her, no one wanted her, she needed a man, etc, etc, etc, since the 1990s as soon as I arrived in the Silicon Valley, NYC, now the USPTO and the DC metro.  How long can you take this in a company, or the USPTO?  It is worst when White males expressed romantic interested in an Asian woman.  Think about that, the woman you are in love with was checking these males from Asia out and begged them for sex, according to these 3rd worlders from Asia.  Any non-Asian male that expressed any interested in me or befriended me were the targeted of these people from Asia until they brainwashed by non-Asian males to turn again me.  So if you are smart enough to see through them, and didn't turned against me or still my friend, you will be their next target.

One must understand that most people in Asia had never seen a White person in their live, countries such as China and Vietnam were just like North Korea not long ago; and India was ruled under the British empire for a long time.  They called Asian-American women dating non-Asian male whores, and portrait them as such; just as White women dating Black Africans in the 1950s.


As someone grew up in NYC, while worked 3 jobs every summer since High School to put myself through school, from running a motel/restaurant to temp in Wall Street; I also partied in places such as Studio54, Palladium, Underground; skied in Vermont that I drove there in H.S. friend's parents' BMW 725 at 125mph and lived in their Condo; had tried to start an Asian girl band but there wasn't a market, still love to wear black, etc......  In College, I aspired to be a scientist/Professor, and to be a Transhumanist to advance the human race.  These old White males think they still live in the 1950s, and women in tech/Silicon Valley/STEM are still treated just as women were in the 1950s, a sex object.

Drugged young girls and raped them was very common in the "entertainment" industry.  Bill Cosby was just one of most, including photographers.  Japan had already been using day-rape drug in the late 1980s.   A childhood friend, a pianist and a painter who was also an aspiring model/actress, had seen and knew quite a few.  And yes, she is very HOT.  For USPTO management that interpret HOT as floozy, it mealy means "appealing or liked by many".  When men accused a woman of being a slut, often is because the woman refused to date or have sex with such loser.  Did you ever see a guy accused of the woman he is having sex with a slut??  Again, common sense.

Speaking of H.S......so a group of friends drove up to Canada for camping (we were in H.S., ok?!), and got detained on the broader entrance on our way back to the US because we didn't have our passport.  So, one of the friends called his father and we all let in without question, in just an hour.  Wow, I am still wondering who his father was.  This was NYC, you never know.

Weeks before my termination and around the time an AU2123 Examiner gave a party on becoming a Primary; where Susanne Lo and friends-from-India were invited, along with Dwin Craig, Paul Rodrigues and Jason Procter, as well me.  For some reason, Paul Rodriguez insisted over and over again that I must attend this party, despite I told him I had a patent case due.  Also the day AU 2123 got our laptop, and Jason Procter came to pick up his new laptop.  I believed this is when Susanne Lo and friends-from-India learned Dwin Craig and Paul Rodrigues were my Primary and SPE and slandered me with them to incite them to terminate me, which Dwin and Paul already prone to do so as explained before.  Aside from asking Paul and Dwin what Susanne Lo and friends-from-India said about me in this party, also ask Jason Procter and others in the party. 

Days after this party, Hung Havan suddenly asked me how long will I last here, meaning when I will be terminated.  Hung Havan also said romantic relationship is prohibited in the office; I said “yeah, most companies have this policy”.  I said depends on the kind of people we have here; if there are more good people then bad people, I will last; otherwise I won’t last.  He knew then I was in the process of being terminated. (5/2016, and so my Civil Case is Dismissed.  EEOC ruled in favor of the UPSTO. Patent backlog getting worst, while these miscreant management will continue to say they can't find qualified American candidates and needed more H1Bs)   Days before the party, I overheard Hung Havan told Susanne Lo that Bill (in charge of COPA) and I were going to be married when Susanne Lo inquired about house purchasing with Hung, which was strange to me as Hung Havan knew Susanne Lo was Bill’s girlfriend; so I didn’t think much of it, surely nobody is going to believe something as asinine as this, or at least do some fact checking.  But this is just one example of Hung Havan’s defamation of me, the result of deep-seated hatred toward women outperform him.

Hung Havan was texting with someone on his new phone when he asked me this question. This new phone was the property of the USPTO, and was given to him by his friend Bill. He joined Nathan Hillary, Susanne Lo and her friends-from-India coterie around the time he got this new phone. Hung also used his PC’s Communicator to IMS (message) with his coterie. USPTO could easily check his PC and phone for details.

This party may sealed the faint of my termination as I left early to work on my patent cases as I had to meet 3 cases per bi-week quota.  A few hours later, I brought Michele Choi to the party room to pick up leftover food where we ran into Dwin Craig, he looked mad when he saw me and Michele Choi.  I knew he and Michele Choi had some sort of dispute.  Dwin may think I am a friend of Michele Choi, and believed the continuous character assassination of me by Nathan Hillary, Michele Choi, Hung Havan and Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India, as well many others as the result of the vilification of me; also held a grudge again Bill (in charge of COPA) who Nathan’s coterie misled people into believing Bill and I had some sort of relationship, whom I spoken to only a few times; in addition to Dwin’s bigotry/discrimination toward Chinese women, finally set in the process of terminated me with the help of Nathan, via the top level woman management, with the consensus of the TC2100 management as the result of misled information mostly from Nathan Hillary, Hung Havan and Michele Choi (all with questionable character and psychologically unstable).  Finalized after spoken to Hung and believed his defamation of me.  Again, I worked nearly 24/7 that resulted in 93% Productivity, hardly leave my office nor did I have the time to talk to anyone.


Soon after I told Hung Havan that I am going to be terminated, he was on the phone debating with someone whether to tell me “no one wanted her, no one liked her”. I have no idea this guy is so sadistic, scheming, manipulative and dangerous. This is probably due to the fact the Michele Choi told Hung “everyone wanted to talk to Mona”. Hung knew it is true because when he went out with me, same thing happened. Also, Hung said all his friends liked me, and now became my friends. I sensed he did not like that, so I kept a distance from his friends such as Erica (office nearby), Tigel(spelling?) a woman from Artificial Intelligent Art Unit, etc. The last time I spoke to Tigel, she acted differently. I am sure she heard the slandering of me, mostly from Hung. She is an ethical person.



In college, one of my engineering professors was a visiting professor from IBM. He threatened to fail me if I didn't compliance to him, meaning to have sex with him in order to pass the class.  Let's just say we traded some barbs in front of the whole class. Someone in the class told him I have a powerful Advisor. He later back off. I am sure he will threaten other women engineering student to have sex with him or give them a F grade. Engineering is still in the 1950s for women.


At least 2 engineering professors told me women are not wired to think technically, and that I should change major to liberal Art. I showed him by having above 90+ in tests, while the next closest grade was in 60+. One guy from Russia got higher grade then me. We were good friends.



In the Tech industry/Silicon Valley, some companies I worked for, White guys in top level would declare that they were in love with me soon I joined the company without even talking to me, often I was the one of the few or the only woman engineer.  I would have told them I am in a committed relationship had they spoken to me.  Obviously such declaration meant to say "I claimed her first", but males from Asia reacted differently.  As soon as such declaration make, males from Asia started working 24/7 relentlessly defaming me, and sexually harassed me; then joined by women from Asia.  Worst when they found out other White guys joined the company because of me.  The more people liked me, the worst this gets, until unbearable hostility that I had to leave the company or being fired; why I kept a low key and not be seen when I was in the USPTO.


If I married every Tom, Dick and Harry that said “I love her, born to love her or wanted to marry her“ (one's wife just had a baby! One even tried to buy me, my price was $1billion$, at the time when only 2 billionaires-Buffett and Gates, and no one had heard of Google when they were having lunch in the next table), I would've married at least a dozen times, just in the Silicon Valley alone where I was often the only woman engineer.  
 

The most interesting proposition and an offer I almost couldn't refuse, was one who wanted to be my "house-husband" (I LOL when I heard that in the early 1990s), and would help me achieve anything I want.  He obviously understood me very well and knew where I wanted to go, despite we only had a few casual conversations with mutually acquaintances; which also explained why he was so successful.  He would be a perfect life-partner.  But it wouldn't be fair for him as I wasn't ready to settle-down as I just got out of grad school 3+ years ago, and he had "been there, and done that".  At the time, he was the head of a European multi-national in Asia and lived in Hilton's penthouse.  

I discouraged any romantic interest by indicated in a committed relationship, or cold stern look because I did not want to see another suicide like this Physics Professor, despite I treated him like any other Professors.  Till this day, I am still haunted by what happened, been painstakingly not to lead anyone on; and avoided anyone who had shown any romantic interest.  

These males had done nothing to improve the human condition/society or to advance the human race (most religions intended to, but ruined by a few bad apples. Been practicing Zen since High School.). Most who had “interested” in me retaliated against me for not reciprocated their affection that added to the defamation, harassment, abuses, and with the intention to ruin my life, just as Ajit Nazre did to Ellen Pao, or Chi-Hua Chien that not only deliberately excluded women, but actively defamed/trolled women that excelled over him. Do you even want to be anywhere near such insidious people? I obviously had no interested in these morally bankrupted misogynistic charlatan millionaires that had make millions in Startups.  If there were more decent human beings then morally bankrupted life forms in the Silicon Valley/Tech/USPTO, I would still be working. Additionally, when I defended Ellen Pao during her trial, many of those sites such as Mashable wouldn't allow me to post; and the likes of Twitter pulled my tweet when I posted what the Silicon Valley/Tech had done to me. They had full control of your technology, hence all the hackings in the News lately (6/2015), think about that and the future of AI! 

In summary, people from Asia had never seen a white person in their lives and their homeland was no different then North Korea not long ago, are now living in America, targeted Asian-American women such as I for being Americanized.  Most White males in the STEM field had never left the 1950s, and still treated women engineers such as I as if we are still in the 1950s.

 

1.      Hostile working environment and sexual harassments.

Some background of me:

I spent nearly 24/7 in front of my computer working on patent cases, as evidenced by my computer log time.  I just wanted to do a good job for those seeking a patent for their innovation.  I used to work in the Silicon Valley/Tech industry where patent is an integral way to protect our ideas.  Additionally, I wanted to get to GS12 level as soon as possible such to be able to telework; that’s included changing Art Unit if necessary where I would be more productive.  The USPTO should allow their employees to move around where they are most productive.  It is counterproductive not to do so with such backlog. 

I moved here 2 days prior to my first day on Nov. 8, 2010, hadn’t see daylight for months since I started the job.  In addition, I had never been in the DC area, therefore no one should know I am alive in the USPTO (the agency); with the exception of the people near my office,  AU2128 and AU2123, or my lab class from the Training Academy.  But since I kept low key and tried not be seen, barely speaks to people after realized is a toxic environment, such to avoid being notice and targeted. 

I got along with all the SPE Trainers in the Academy from Kamini Shah, Albert Decady, and Paul Rodriguez.  All the Primaries (David Silver and Jason Procter) who reviewed my cases seem to be ok with me. 

 

For those who said they don’t like me.  I either had never met them or barely spoken to them.  This statement is no different than Islamic Extremists’ sentiment toward Americans; or KKK’s sentiment toward African-Americans; motivated purely by bigotries and hatreds.  And this kind of bigotries and hatreds are being practiced widely in the USPTO, as evidenced by hostile working environment and sexual harassment toward me.

 

I realized how toxic the USPTO environment was when slanders and maligns already begun the 1st or 2nd month I was in the Training Academy.  During one of the class session, we all gather in front of the class room, Randy Shaffer said to me that Tuan Nguyen told him that I wouldn’t like someone like Randy Shaffer, a farmer from a country side.  I said to Randy that farmers are the backbone of our country and an important component to our economy, we should be appreciative of people who worked hard, didn’t steal or rob for a living.  This is when I realized these people from Asia are no different than those I worked with in the Silicon Valley.  I tried to keep low key and not be seen since. 

 

The likes of Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen set a bad precedent of defamed me that followed by Shawn Joseph, Tuan Nguyen, Randy Shaffer, Reza Nabi, and other lab 2 classmates, which is the source of a cesspool.  No one notice me prior to Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen, as well Shawn Joseph’s defamation of me. 

 

As time progresses, slanders such as Paul Rodriguez, the SPE Trainer played favoritism toward women, and only liked to talk and help women; or that good looking woman had it easy because guys like to help them, etc., beginning to promulgate the class; in reference to me talked to Paul about patent cases; to which I had to keep a distance such not to create resentment toward either one of us.  If I didn’t stop talking to Paul, the next slander would be to accuse Paul and I having an affair.  I knew this because similar accusations had been made toward me when I worked in the Silicon Valley, by people from Asia; just like America in the Dark Age when witch-hunt was practiced.

 

Talking to Paul extensively about patent cases may have shown the depth of my technical knowledge.  I think this is when some of my classmates with technical background realized the depth of my technical knowledge; hence it may have triggered their competitive edge.  Also cited by Simon (aka Peng Ke) - a Primary assistant to Paul Rodriguez, that he couldn’t believe how much I know in technology.  It is easy to incite resentments toward me at this point by malevolent individuals. 

 

Also, I got along with all the SPE Trainers from Kamini Shah, Albert Decady to Paul Rodriguez, as seen by the whole lab class.  Some got jealous such as Shawn Joseph, Tuan Nguyen, Randy Shaffer, Reza Nabi, etc, who had resentments toward women, are prone to do harms to me at this point.

 

At the first working group gathering within our Lab 2 class, we were divided into 2 working groups.  When I tried to join the group, Shawn Joseph deliberately shunned me from the group, ignored me and speaks over me while I was talking, while the rest of the group, only males at the time, went along as well and shunned me, they were Tuan Nguyen, Reza Nabi and Daeoo Lee.  The other female wasn’t there at the time, which joined the group much later. 

 

Shawn Joseph slandered me with Paul Rodriguez stated “she is a loner”, “no one liked her”, etc., after the first working group gathering.  I believed Paul may have been deeply influenced by those slanders.  Shawn went further and spread to other lab classes within the same Nov. 8 2011 training academy, to smear me with “no one liked her; no one wanted her” etc.    Remember, I just moved here a month or so ago, never met any of these people in my life prior to this. 

 

Shawn’s action may be radicalized by Tuan Nguyen initially, just as many other lab classmates such as Randy Shaffer, simply by saying “no one liked her”, “Paul only likes to help women or good looking women” or “good looking women had it easy” to create resentments toward his target such as me.  No one even bothered to ask why, since I never met Tuan Nguyen in my life prior to this, and spoken to about one or 2 words.  This is the resulted of deep-seated hatreds toward Americanized Chinese-American woman.    

 

At this early period in Training, everyone in this lab class just beginning to get to know each other.  It only takes one person to create a hostile environment, namely Tuan Nguyen started saying “no one wanted her; no one liked her” to incited resentment toward me, which promulgated by other lab classmates such as Shawn Joseph and Reza Nabi, just like a HIV virus spread to the rest of the USPTO.  An axiom “one rotten apple ruined the whole basket” said it all.

 

There was another Primary Trainer name Ji.  I don’t know the correct spelling of his name, but should be easily look-up by checking with the Training Academy of the Nov. 8, 2010 class, Paul Rodrigues’ Training Assistants for a total of 3 weeks.  Ji was nice and civilized the first time I spoke to him; then the next day and after, he was hostile and extremely rude.  On his way home, Tuan deliberately came to my cube to say good-bye which he normally doesn’t, with a smirk on his face.  I believed this is the result of Tuan Nguyen’s slandering remarks such as “guys liked to help women”.  Tuan sat next to Ji’s cube; no one else had spoken to Ji yet. 

 

Tuan Nguyen conversed frequently with his countrymen.  If he was able to incited resentments toward me in our lab class, what kind of resentments he could incite with his countrymen toward me, or vice versa?

 

I heard Reza Nabi said to Randy Shaffer and Tuan Nguyen nearby their cube in the lab class “she’s a woman, and she is too smart” while staring at me.  This basically said it all.  Although discriminations toward women as the primary motive for the likes of Tuan Nguyen, Shawn Joseph, Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India or Hung Havan; but also a way to eliminate competition such they are the one to get to top management.  Women are typically a low-hanging-fruit – easy to pick on.  This is also my first-hand experience when I worked in the Silicon Valley where I was often one of the few, if not the only woman in the whole engineering department.   

 

Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen, Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India and their countrymen, Shawn Joseph, Hung Havan and Nathan Hillary incited sexual harassment toward women such as me; with Reza Nabi as a willful participant; with comments such as “she likes to look; she needed a man” as if they are Fabio.  I needed a man as much as I needed a disease.  This is the resulted of their discrimination toward women, particularly those who they believed as “smart” to degrade women, as a way to keep women down.   First of all, what brain-dead individual believed such self-aggrandizing comment is just mind boggling, not to mention it is repugnant as this is a way Third World culture punished women, as if they are still in their countries.   This is also why slanders spread so wide and fast like wild fire, many acted on it.  Simpletons would look for anything and interpreted in a way to support such repugnant suggestion.  Secondly, I’ve been sexually harassed so badly in the Silicon Valley incited by exactly the same slanders by their countrymen.  Typically, I was one of the few, if not the only woman in the whole engineering department, the rest were males from Asia with one or two none-Asians.  These people from Asia came after me as if Islamic Extremists went after a Jewish woman, with same kinds of fervor hatreds.  I was often afraid to leave my cube.  These people make me sick to stomach, and had to take Sick Leaves.  Third, I make a point of stayed away from people by stayed in my cube or in my office to avoid any sort of unnecessary attention or sexual harassment, particularly from males like Tuan Nguyen who make a point of standing in front of me in class, while I sat in class session. 

 

One incident occurred while I was talking to Reza Nabi in our last training class (~7/2011) together on the topic of:  Amendment Case (?), while Shawn Joseph stood on the side of the cube, and Tuan Nguyen sat next to Reza and between Reza and me.  We were put together as a team.  At the time, I was talking to Reza, who was writing the Amendment for a patent case on the computer.  I sat across the cube from Reza where the class sat; Tuan suddenly stood up and walked toward me in a deliberate manner.  The appearance of Tuan standing up while I sat on the chair make Reza’s face turned red as he knew exactly what that meant.  Shawn’s face turned red as well and in an attempt to do the same as Tuan, which then stop and moved back to where he stood.  I was sick to my stomach as this is how these males from Asia degraded women, especially when an Asian woman dating a none-Asian, as I was in the Silicon Valley.  This is very typical behavior of males from Asia working in the Silicon Valley – set women up as if women are doing a sex act for them; that’s why I stayed in my cube all the time, also didn’t want to see them surfing porn in their cube, which was very common.  And finally, it is also a reflection of what is in one’s mind, and can be interpreted accordingly.  What do you suppose these three would go around saying about me; hence beget more sexual harassment, and so on? 

 

This is also the kind of sexual harassments and abuse I am scared of; thus I stayed in my office/cube, not talk to people or meet with a group of people precisely because of this kind of setup, which people with feral streaks such as Shawn Joseph, Reza Nabi and SPE Trainer very much willing to go along and promulgated.  Hung Havan, my officemate did the most damages to me when spread such repugnant slanders.

 

For those who flattered themselves by saying I checked them out, it would be the equivalent of accused a Black slave checked out a KKK; that’s why I was sick to my stomach that led to so many Sick Leaves.

 

Everyone acted normal or unaware of my existence before comments made by pernicious individuals such as Tuan Nguyen, Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India, Shawn Joseph, Hung Havan, Nathan Hillary, Michele Choi or Reza Nabi.  If you wanted to know how Islamic Extremists radicalized Americans, Tuan Nguyen and Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India would be a perfect example.  I’ve been shunned and sexually harassed ever since the 2nd month I started the USPTO’s Training Academy.

 

The question is - why are people paying so much attention to everything I do, every move I make, and watched me closely?  There is a name for people like that, and is called a pervert. 

 

One way I gauged what slanders being said and heard is by their behavior; also many acted on what they heard, which said a lot about the character of the person.  No decent human being would allow such repugnant slanders to be said.  If any of these people have some common sense at all, they see right away it is slandering.  Yet few in the USPTO had done so, what does this say about the people in the USPTO?

 

After I joined the Art Unit, slanders and maligns initially incited by Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India of AU2128 after heard that my first case was an air-tight case, and others from my  AU2128; which been promulgated everywhere since.  Somehow I got transfer out of AU2128 to AU2123 soon after. 

 

Although their primary reason is because “she is a woman, and she is smart”, but their objectives are to eliminate competitions and to ensure they are the one who gets to top management.  I got in their way, apparently.  I had never met Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India in my life prior to AU2128 meeting, or any patent examiner in AU2128.  I don’t even know their names.  Nathan Hillary and my ex-officemate Hung Havan started slandered me after they joined Susanne Lo and friend-from-India’s coterie; another word, Nathan Hillary and Hung Havan radicalized by Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India.  Hung Havan, and Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India shared the same sentiment, mainly that women smarter than them is akin to slapping them on the face, said by one of Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India.  It is also to eliminate competition such to secure top management positions. 

 

One must recognized the kind of insults felt by slapping on the face in other parts of the world and cultures, especially by women who they see as less than slaves in the Dark Age, to fully grasped what this means; which explained why people I had never met in my life hated me like the Islamic Extremists hated America/Americans/Jewish.

 

Hung Havan told me he didn’t like Kamini Shah, Susanne Lo and Wendy Gerber on various occasions; how mean and nasty Kamini and Wendy were when they attempted to terminate him.  I knew Hung intended to incite resentments toward the women because of his discrimination toward women.  I’ve been on the receiving end since college when male Engineering professors told me women are not wired to think technically.  I answered one of my professors with the 2nd highest exam grades.  I said to Hung I knew Kamini from Training, I really like her; and I like Wendy after I met her.  Hung also said Susanne Lo is a lawyer in training, etc.  I kept an open mind.  I didn’t know her, and when I ran into her, she was lukewarm toward me.  For all I knew, considering the devious character of Hung, he may incite resentment toward me with Susanne just as Hung incited resentment toward her with me.

 

I told my officemate Hung Havan I have a boyfriend soon after I moved into the shared office.  I couldn’t believe he was so evil as to incite sexual harassments toward me while flattered himself in the process with slanders such as I checked him out….he probably thinks he is Fabio.  The best way to stop this is to mercilessly mock them.    

 

To enforce the notion of I checked out Hung Havan and sexual harassment and abuses toward me, he tried to set me up such I come across as if I was checking him up.  For example, he would show me clips of his son on his smartphone placed on the desktop while he stood on the other end of the edge of the desk, someone such as his partner in crime Michele Choi would use her smartphone and recorded from afar as if I was checking Hung when he talked to me and I looked up, for the unsuspected simpleton eyes.  Hung Havan and Michele Choi’s intention was to have every single lowlife to sexually harass and abuse me, a woman.

 

Another example is when Michele Choi was talking to me; her eyes kept rolling to Hung’s direction as if she was signaling something, so looked at that direction; which she then said I was checking out Hung.

 

This kind of sexual harassments started by Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India and Tuan Nyugan, promulgated by the likes of Nathan Hillary, Shawn Joseph, Raze Nabi, Randy Shaffer, etc, and reinforced by the likes of Hung Havan, Michele Choi.  And really, how many men don’t like to flatter themselves like this, particularly those unbalance/unstable/psychologically damage ones?  Some people Hung slandered me to are his close associates Michele Choi and Nathan Hillary, they then spread this like HIV virus to all over 4thfloor, 5th floor, their Art Unit, and everyone they talked to.  This reminded me of the Silicon Valley, where I was sexually harassed and abused on a daily bases by people from Asia that are the majority.  This just makes me sick to my stomach, as evidenced by my frequent sick leaves during this period, and adversely affected my job performance which dropped from +-100% to +-60%.

 

Michele Choi heard all sorts of slanders about me and others; she also spreads them, as well slandered me and anyone she knows.  She is so hated that when she went to the cafeteria with me, the people worked there warned me about how rotten Michele Choi is.  On the elevator, a guy attempted to warn me about her. She told me when she invited to weddings; no one wanted to share a table with her.  As it seem, people feared her and are afraid to offend her probably because they knew she might vilified them as she did to me.  Michele Choi worked hard earning such hatreds toward her via her action, not because of vilification as being done to me.  She said I always have a smile on my face as if I don’t have any worry.  This is enough to prompt her to come after me.  She is psychologically unstable and hated by all, yet she is still working here; while I worked 24/7 with 93% productivity, yet I am terminated, another glaring exemplary of keeping top women performer down. 

 

Michele Choi, Hung Havan, Nathan Hillary, Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India hardly do any work, slandered those who do worked, such as me, yet still have a job, and I am terminated even though I worked nearly 24/7.  And top management wondered why such a huge backlog of patent cases.

 

The irony is that I kept low key and not be seen was mainly to avoid being notice by the likes of Michele Choi, Hung Havan, Nathan Hillary, Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India and their countrymen, and Tuan Nyugan and his countrymen, who are with questionable character, psychologically unstable with an illusion of grandeur and full of hatreds toward the world that shared the same psychological profile as Seung-Hui Cho of the Virginia Tech massacre.  A woman such as me outperformed them triggered their deep dark hatreds.  Their venting outlets are to bad mouth me to everyone they know, caused suffering anyway they could, and termination such they are the one have the job, bonus and promotion.

 

Just 2-3 months from the day I was terminated, and after Hung Havan joined Nathan Hillary and Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India coterie, Hung said he is on his way up.  This is also around the time he got his new phone.  He constantly tells me his goal in life is to get rich.  Now looking back, it is by stepping on dead bodies; apparently mine, in this case. 

 

Hung Havan invited into Nathan Hillary, Susanne Lo and friends-from-India coterie soon after Hung invited them for cake in our office.  This is when Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India noticed I shared the office with Hung.  They looked surprised first, and then gave me a long stared.

 

Hung Havan and his coterie (Nathan Hillary, Susanne Lo and friends-from-India) typically congregated either in our office or Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India’s office frequently, near Dwin Craig and David Kim’s office.  One had recently moved to an upper floor.  Dwin knows who he is and where he moved to.  I don’t know when they find time to work.  Maybe that’s why Hung Havan been at the verge of being terminated for as long as his tenure with the USPTO.    

 

While Hung Havan and his coterie gossiped in our office, I typically had my headphone on and worked.  I had to meet 3 cases per bi-weekly, as indicated by my SPE Paul Rodriguez and the Director Wendy Gerber.  Hung Havan, Nathan Hillary and Susanne Lo’s friends-from-Indian barely performed to their GS level, they are not terminated; yet another glaring discrimination toward top performer woman as a way to keep women down.

 

I was being put in the middle of Susanne Lo’s and her friends-from-India, Hung Havan, Nathan Hillary and their coterie as target in a concerted effort to be terminated, by using slanders to incite/radicalized and manipulated everyone they spoke to, as their tool to terminate me. 

 

Hung Havan checked my Production and progress all the time, and told the likes of Michele Choi, Susanne Lo’s and her friends-from-India and others.  Hung Havan told them I was at 93% Productivity and had done 3 cases per bi-weekly to incite envy and jealousy toward me.  He also misled them into thinking that it only took 3 days for me to do the Amended case, which is not true.   He told those who are not the envy and jealous type that I wasn’t doing well.  Hung Havan’s intention was to create resentment toward me, while still acted like my buddy in front of me. 

 

Weeks before my termination and around the time an AU2123 Examiner gave a party on becoming a Primary; where Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India were invited, along with Dwin Craig, Paul Rodrigues and Jason Procter, as well me.  Also the day AU 2123 got our laptop, and Jason Procter came to pick up his new laptop.  I believed this is when Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India learned Dwin Craig and Paul Rodrigues were my Primary and SPE and slandered me with them to incite them to terminate me, which Dwin and Paul already prone to do so as explained before.  Aside from asking Paul and Dwin what Susanne Lo and friends-from-India said about me in this party, also ask Jason Procter and others in the party.  Days after this party, Hung Havan suddenly asked me how long will I last here, meaning when I will be terminated.  Hung Havan also said romantic relationship is prohibited in the office; I said “yeah, most companies have this policy”.  I said depends on the kind of people we have here; if there are more good people then bad people, I will last; otherwise I won’t last.  He knew then I was in the process of being terminated.   Before the party, I overheard Hung told Susanne Lo Bill (in charge of COPA) and I were going to be married when Susanne Lo inquired about house purchasing with Hung, which was strange to me as I knew Susanne Lo was Bill’s girlfriend; so I didn’t think much of it, surely nobody is going to believe something as asinine as this, or at least do some fact checking.  But this is just one example of Hung Havan’s defamation of me, the result of deep-seated hatred toward women outperform him.

 

This party may sealed the faint of my termination as I left early to work on my patent cases as I had to meet 3 cases per bi-week quota.  A few hours later, I brought Michele Choi to the party room to pick up leftover food where we ran into Dwin Craig, he looked mad when he saw me and Michele Choi.  I knew he and Michele Choi had some sort of dispute.  Dwin may think I am a friend of Michele Choi, and believed the continuous character assassination of me by Nathan Hillary, Michele Choi, Hung Havan and Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India, as well many others as the result of the vilification of me; also held a grudge again Bill (in charge of COPA) who Nathan’s coterie misled people into believing Bill and I had some sort of relationship, whom I spoken to only a few times; in addition to Dwin’s bigotry/discrimination toward Chinese women, finally set in the process of terminated me with the help of Nathan, via the top level woman management, with the consensus of the TC2100 management as the result of misled information mostly from Nathan Hillary, Hung Havan and Michele Choi (all with questionable character and psychologically unstable).  Finalized after spoken to Hung and believed his defamation of me.  Again, I worked nearly 24/7 that resulted in 93% Productivity, hardly leave my office nor did I have the time to talk to anyone.

 

Hung Havan was texting with someone on his new phone when he asked me this question.  He joined Nathan Hillary, Susanne Lo and her friends-from-India coterie around the time he got his new phone.  Hung also used his PC’s Communicator to IMS (message) with his coterie.  USPTO could easily check his PC and phone for details.

Soon after I told Hung Havan that I am going to be terminated, he was on the phone debating with someone whether to tell me “no one wanted her, no one liked her”.  I have no idea this guy is so sadistic, scheming, manipulative and dangerous.  This is probably due to the fact the Michele Choi told Hung “everyone wanted to talk to Mona”.  Hung knew it is true because when he went out with me, same thing happened.  Also, Hung said all his friends liked me, and now became my friends.  I sensed he did not like that, so I kept a distance from his friends such as Erica (office nearby), Tigel(spelling?) a woman from Artificial Intelligent Art Unit, etc.  The last time I spoke to Tigel, she acted differently.  I am sure she heard the slandering of me, mostly from Hung.  She is an ethical person.

 

Nathan Hillary, a POPA Representative, and Michele Choi been slandered me such people would sexually harassed and abused me to finally terminated, to nearly everyone s/he spoke to in the 4th, 5th floor, and GUI (class 715); and now may be in the 10th floor and other floors of Randolph; where Nathan’s close associate moved to - one of Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India.  Dwin Craig and David Kim know who and where they moved to.  Nathan Hillary may be the major player in promulgating slanders and maligns of me throughout the USPTO, I suspect.  In particular, Bill (in charge of COPA) played favoritism toward me; whom I spoken to only a few times.   To clarify, Bill mentioned soon after we met he has a girlfriend and was going to see his girlfriend’s parents over the weekend, so it seems they were very serious.  Bill’s girlfriend is Susanne Lo, I believed, and is well-known to this TC.  I believed Bill been tried to get his girlfriend to marry him, included making her jealous.  I also told my officemate Hung Havan soon after I moved into the office that I already have a boyfriend, and to Pete (of Artificial Intelligent Art Unit) when he asked whether I am married or not.  Nathan Hillary was very close to Bill and spent nearly every day together.  I spent most of my time working, I careless about anything other than work, as evidenced by my computer log time and 93% Productivity.  I met Bill as well Nathan Hillary because they tried to help my officemate Hung Havan from termination.  I thought Bill was Union.  If Bill was Union, I would have spent the time and befriended him because I have a feeling I was setting up to be terminated; but instead, I tried to befriend Nathan Hillary.  BIG mistake!  Ironically, Hung, Michele Choi and Nathan Hillary plotted to terminate me and succeed, incited/radicalized and plotted by Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India. 

 

Nathan Hillary elbowed my chest in a deliberate act few months ago when he passed by me on his way home with Bill (in charge of COPA), in front of my office.  Both didn’t say anything to me.  I told myself my objective here is to get to GS12 and telework.  I bit my lip and went back to work; a dark mark on my lip still remains today.

 

Days before my termination, I ran into Nathan Hillary and his coterie Susanne Lo and her friends-from-India in the 5th floor pantry, outside of Dwin Craig’s office.  He came over to talk to me; I said something like “have you not notice?  I am on my probationary period, the USPTO owned me the first year”.  On his way out with his coterie, I overheard he said “she is his kryptonite”, “she is the weakest link”; I didn’t know what that means.  Also “So my Union Rep. is a Teflon shield, they can’t touch me or fired me as long I am a Union Rep?”  Few days later, I was notified I will be terminated.

 

“So my Union Rep. is a Teflon shield, they can’t touch me or fired me as long I am a Union Rep?” Nathan Hillary said this at least twice to Hung Havan in our office at different time, he knew nothing can be done to him no matter what he did as long he is the Union Rep, included set me up to be terminated.  I am so disgusted with Union.

 

On Aug. 11, 2011, a day before my termination, a SPE from another Technology Center wanted me to join his group, but called by HR of some sort, according to him, and warned him not to get involved.  Now, the only people I disclosed this to were Nathan Hillary and Hung Havan as I was seeking Union help, and Nathan Hillary was a Union Rep for TC 2100, also helped my officemate Hung Havan from termination.  Nathan Hillary asked me who the Director is.  I said I don’t know but gave him the Art Unit.  As soon I said that, Hung Havan searched the computer as he had met this SPE before, and both left the office right away in a conspicuous way without helping me.  Soon after, this SPE from another Art Unit called me and said he couldn’t help me as he can’t afford to lose this job.  Whether this was a real HR phone call or not is questionable, and can easily verified by trace the phone number from this SPE.  This is just another example of a concerted effort by Nathan Hillary and Hung Havan to terminate me.  I believed Nathan Hillary is in love with Bill (in charge of COPA). 

 

Since Hung Havan, Nathan Hillary and Susanne Lo are close associates of Bill (in charge of COPA); I wondered if this has anything to do with Bill?  I remembered in my past, a protégé of a top technical staff slandered me as a way to eliminate me such I won’t become a close associate of this top technical staff, which this protégé feared I might replace him.  This protégé wanted to have full control of this top technical staff, a way for the protégé to grab power and get ahead; also jealous and envy of the continuous praised and attention I got from this Senior Technical Staff as well others.  Just think, I found the bug that been plagued the design team for months that cost millions and might had to scrap the whole chip design, on my 3rd day on the job.  I was ousted even with continue outstanding accomplishments.  I told this story to Hung Havan a while back. 

 

One of Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India gave me a body gesture of f@#k-you (whole body movement with an emphasis on hip movement forward/pelvic thrusts in the air like Michael Jackson) toward me near the elevator when I passed him by, with an euphoric and “couldn’t believe this is actually happening” look on his face.  He was talking to David Kim and a new hired of AU2128 at the time.  This was few days before my termination, as if he knew what’s going to happen to me.  I knew something bad is going to happen to me, just didn’t expected to be terminated with all my accomplishments.  This is also the kind of sexual harassments and abuses that I am scared of, which resulted in reluctance to leave my office/cube, not wanted to talk to people or meeting with people. 

 

Tuan Va of AU2193 with an office overlooking the hallway of the Pantry, whom I ran into quite often in the Pantry, I believed he was stalking me.  At one point, every time when I go to the pantry at various time of the day, he followed right behind me.  I had to use the pantry on the other side of the building for a while.  I would check for porn in his computer.  One person Tuan Va might slandered me to is Russell Guill of AU2123 as Russell behaved differently toward me after he spoke to Tuan Va.  I was there at the time, and left soon after.

 

Randy Shaffer make obscure to obscene body movement sexual harassment, as if he is going to have a heart attack, punch someone, or imitated Michael Jackson while talking to me in my office.  I gave Paul Rodrigues a look that said what the hell is he doing.  This last for a while until I got inpatient and moved, then he stopped.  I had to control my muscle spasm disorder such I wouldn’t kick the guy.  I was concerned for my safety, makes me nervous and ready/wanted to run away.  Many other males do that as if is a disease or virus been passed around.  

 

“No one wanted her, no one liked her” is exactly the antithesis of the truth, a common slander tactic practiced by people from Asia; this is also a way of saying how stupid the Americans are, as proven by my case. 

 

Even the last 2 old Caucasian male SPE trainers from my last 2 training academy classes were beginning to believe the slanders and started the sexual harassment, which prompted me to question the soundness of the psychological health of these people, included all levels of management who believed anything anybody said, without any basic commonsense whatsoever.  I guessed critical thinking is a prohibited practice in the USPTO.

 

This ubiquitous of people believing anything anybody said reminded me of the children’s story “The Emperor Has No Clothes”, where Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India, Tuan Nyugan, Hung Havan, Nathan Hillary and Michele Choi are the tailors magically gotten all the peasants in the kingdom seeing the emperor’s new clothes.  Hung Havan also kept telling me I am the emperor, meaning Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India and their countrymen, Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen, Nathan Hillary, Michele Choi and him had gotten people to see what they wanted people to see me via a smear campaign. 

 

He had tried psychological abused and demeaned me in person, not just using slanders to incite others to do the same.  This is when he learned I was doing 3 cases per bi-weekly and Productivity over 100% from PALM’s Examiner Calculator.  I barked back loud enough for everyone to hear.  Hung Havan had confirmed he has a dark side.   Anyone who sees how much of a psychopath Hung Havan, Tuan Nyugan, and Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India are, it should send chills up his/her spinal; and I’ve been dealing with evils all my life.

 

When asked why people slandered and maligned me, or asked “why you don’t like her’, people such as Tuan Nguyen, my officemate Hung Havan or Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India, the answer is typically “she is too smart”.   That is a rather misleading statement led people to believe arrogant is in order, when the truth of the matter is “she is a woman, and she is smart” which to certain culture, “the equivalent of slapping them on the face”; also to eliminate competition such they are the one gets to top management. 

 

People such as Tuan Nguyen, Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India, and Hung Havan are very slick; they make Bill Clinton (slick Willy) looks like a little school boy.  A good example is Hung Havan slandered and vilification of me with everyone he knows behind my back, but still acted like my buddy in front of me…. should be a good indication; also, all these people managed to connive and manipulated the people around them as their tool to terminate me.  In order to find the truth, I would highly recommend someone who is seasoned and well verse in investigative questioning in people like Bernard Madoff. 

 

The investigator needs to ask whether the person questioning has been coached by anyone as to what to disclose, whether by the USPTO, lawyer, supervisor, employee, friends, family or anyone.  They also needed to be informed they are subject to testify under oath, and cross questioning by me.  It is extremely important they are aware I will be cross questioning them.

 

A thorough background check on their credential such as college degree needed to be verified on Nathan Hillary, Shawn Joseph, Raze Nabi, Randy Shaffer, Hung Havan, Michele Choi, Tuan Nygyen and Susanne Lo’s friends-from-india

 

As a note, since slanders and maligns are character assassination to incite resentments toward me, hence it is important not to take what people say literately, but to look at people’s action and my action.  People’s actions are that they spent most of their time gossiping, scheming, conniving, slandering, maligning and sexual harassment toward others such as me.  My actions are that I am in my cube or office working as evidenced by my computer log time, 93% production performance and an air-tight first case.  Action speaks louder than words.

 

The investigation should focus on actions that led to my termination - who did what.  For example, slandered me is an action.  But if you listened to what someone like Hung Havan said, it would akin to listening to Bernard Madoff, you will be conned.

 

Who did what – by analyzing the situation, this is what I think how it happened: The likes of Tuan Nguyen, Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India promulgated slanders such as “no one wanted her, no one liked her, etc” from early on, before anyone knew me, to incite resentments toward me; then promulgated by unstable and pernicious individuals such as Shawn Joseph, Nathan Hillary, Hung Havan, Reza Nabi, Michele Choi, Randy Shaffer etc. Now these unstable and pernicious individuals had been radicalized by Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India and Tuan Nguyen, they further slandered me with everyone they talked to, and some slanders caught on by the likes of Dwin Craig who may not like Chinese-American women, and may held a grudge against certain individual, thus Dwin acted on it and put in the process of terminated me, with the help of a Union Rep - Nathan Hillary.  I am sure Dwin Craig is not the only one been radicalized by slanders and acted on it to terminate me as it is based on consensus, according to Paul Rodrigues.  It is a consensus to keep top women performer down.  I would not rule out some top level management been radicalized by the slanders as well. 

 

Before my termination decision finalized, at least one person interviewed Hung Havan- my officemate, regarding me, which finalized my termination because of Hung Havan’s vilification of me. The names of these people should be known to Wendy Gerber. These are the people you should talk to as to what and how Hung Havan slandered and vilified me.

 

Nathan Hillary abused his Union Representative position by using his position to terminate me through slanders of me everywhere.  I suspected he is one of the few that pushed this agenda with the USPTO management, using his Union Rep position.  Such grossly abused of a Union Representative position is astonishing, yet POPA seems to be allowing their Representative to run-amok.  POPA needed to investigate this kind of gross abused of power, or this kind of individual will plagued the name of Union.  I am just completely disgusted with the Union. 

 

When and if you talk to Hung, please compared to what he said to my actions; that I spent nearly 24/7 working on patent cases on my computer, as evidenced by my computer log time. Also, I just moved to DC 2 days prior to my 1st day of work on Nov. 8, 2011, and haven’t seen daylight for months since, while deliberately kept low key and not be seen or notice since I cognizant of how toxic the USPTO is; thus, no one should even know I exist or alive. I managed Hung’s feral streak by appeal to his good side as much as I could as I didn’t have much of a choice with him being my officemate, but one may never able to manage deep-seated evil.

 

What is perplexing to me is that why are so many people in the USPTO, even in management, so easily incited by the likes of Nathan Hillary, Hung Havan, Michele Choi, etc, who were radicalized by the likes of Susann Lo’s friends-from-India and Tuan Nguyen?  How safe are women working for the USPTO, or anyone, for that matter? 

 

We live in a globalized world, when companies such as those in the SF Bay Area/Silicon Valley, and the USPTO are not aware of the kind of cultural practices of  people from other parts of the world such as Asia they hired, Chinese-American women like me gets hurt, and had everything took our whole life to build ruined.

 

Meanwhile, guess who is sitting on the sideline enjoyed watching me being sexually harassed, abused and finally fired; and the USPTO’s investigation into who is responsible for wrong-doing?  Basically, everybody got hurt except those (Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India and their countrymen, Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen) started all the slandering; and they will be the one got promoted at the end, and I am out of a job, just like in the Silicon Valley.

 

The culture the USPTO fostering is gossipy, slandering and targeting top performers who just wanted to do a good job to be terminated, by the likes of Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India, Tuan Nguyen, Nathan Hillary, Hung Havan, Michele Choi, Shawn Joseph and Reza Nabi. 

 

What should be disturbing and troublesome to the USPTO and management is that what if Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India and their countrymen, Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen, Nathan Hillary and Hung Havan decided to come after you, to replace management with their own people; or lawsuits from discrimination and/or sexual harassments incited by these people?  You now know they are perfectly capable of replacing management, as well using management as their tool to eliminate top performers such as me.

 

 

“No one wanted her, no one liked her, etc” slanders are now heard outside of the USPTO, as I moved around the neighborhood.  Recently, “she has wondering eyes” ”she liked to check men’s out”, comments meant to have every lowlife to sexually harass and abuse me are make behind my back as I ran my errands in the neighborhood, that’s why I’ve been afraid to go out for fear of sexual harassments and abuses.  So, what are my chances of secured a job with this kind of defamations everywhere I go, originated in the USPTO?

 

As I pass-by the USPTO campus, one of Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India countrymen laughed so hard he couldn’t stand-up straight and pointed to me said “those idiots really fired her”.  Psychopaths such as Susanne Lo’s friends-from-India and their countrymen, Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen, Nathan Hillary, Hung Havan, Michele Choi and Pete (of Artificial Intelligent Art Unit) enjoyed watching me being terminated, and are enjoyed watching the investigation of managements.  They are laughing at all of us now, and will be the one with a job, bonus and promotion at the end just like in the Silicon Valley.

 

I didn’t know why so many are so resentful and bitter toward the USPTO, now I see why.  The USPTO had made my life a living hell.  That's not enough, there were 2 failed beheadings on me by suspects Tuan Nguyen and his countrymen/women, ex-officemate Hung Havan and his coterie Nathan Hillary,  Michele Choi, Susanne Lo, her boyfriend and friends from India.
